Broken appointments are a loss for everyone; a detriment

to your oral health, an inefficiency in our schedule, and a missed opportunity for other

patients needing treatment.

Please be aware that our office policy allows for a patient to miss, cancel or

reschedule less than 24 hours; one appointment per year from the date your last missed

appointment. If you fail to keep your next appointment you could be placed on a 24hr

scheduling list for a one year probationary period or possibly dismissed from our

practice.

Unfortunately, this policy has become necessary because of patients missing

multiple appointments. We understand that life does happen, but we care about your

oral health and take our responsibility for maintaining your smile very seriously. Please

be advised of this when scheduling your next appointment.
